Synergia Petroleum Integrated Business Model and Strategy (IBMS), is our petroleum value chain strategy to develop and operate a fully integrated Africa’s Oil&Gas company. Petroleum IBMS integrates our downstream business (marketing, sales and distribution, refining and processing, Oil&Gas Infrastructure) with the Upstream operations (Exploration and Production). Our long term strategic objective is to operate a sustainable energy company capable of meeting Africa’ energy needs. Petroleum IBMS enables Synergia to participate in a meaningful manner across the petroleum value chain from Oil&Gas Exploration to fuels storage and distribution.
